Since 2003, the Centre for education and training in law (ZAR) has been offering legal correspondence courses for non-lawyers as a private institute. It is operated in the legal form of a natural person. Mr H.-W. Spreizer is the managing director and course manager. The registered office of the company is St. Wendel / Germany.
Since 2004, ZAR is a cooperation partner of the Chamber of commerce and industry.
The final exams and the correction of the exams occur exclusively by fully qualified lawyers experienced in adult education.
All course materials and correspondence course offers were checked by an expert at the central government office for correspondence courses in Cologne and are government-approved.
